📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, transparent shipping:

    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $65

 

🌺 Shipping to Hawaiʻi & Alaska

As a Hawaiʻi-based brand, we proudly ship locally and to all U.S. states.

Delivery times may vary slightly for outer islands and remote areas.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

❌ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
